Miso Marinated Edamame

Marinate edamame with miso… and enjoy double ‘soybean’ flavour!

Did you know that edamame is young soy beans? They are tasty on their own but try adding the salty umami of miso (fermented soy beans) and the double soy bean flavour is just outstanding!! They are easy to make, great way to enjoy the different flavours of our variety miso and is a great companion to beer.


Ingredients: 1/2 bag Edamame (frozen), 2 Tbsp Miso (or adjust to your taste) 
 
  1. Place frozen edamame in ziplock bag, add miso and give the bag a good rub. 
  2. Leave the bag in fridge overnight.
  3. Enjoy!
