Miso BBQ pork rib

Pork rib   -1kg
Brown Sugar -3tbsp
Garlic powder- 1/4 tsp
Miso   -2tbsp
Your choice of BBQ sauce - 1/2 cup
Brown sugar - 2tbsp
Sake or White wine - 2tbsp
Grated ginger -1 tsp (if you like)
1) Preheat the oven in 150°c. Rub the pork with brown sugar and garlic powder. Wrap the pork in tin foil then bake it in the oven for 2hrs.
2) Put all sauce ingredients in a cup and mix well. 
3) Carefully remove the pork from tin foil (so tender and almost fragile!), brush the sauce on then BBQ or panfry both of the side.
