Brown Sugar -3tbsp
Garlic powder- 1/4 tsp
Your choice of BBQ sauce - 1/2 cup
Brown sugar - 2tbsp
Sake or White wine - 2tbsp
Grated ginger -1 tsp (if you like)
1) Preheat the oven in 150Rub the pork with brown sugar and garlic powder. Wrap the pork in tin foil then bake it in the oven for 2hrs.
2) Put all sauce ingredients in a cup and mix well.
3) Carefully remove the pork from tin foil (so tender and almost fragile!), brush the sauce on then BBQ or panfry both of the side.
