The difference between Brown Rice Miso and our regular miso is the Koji. Brown Rice Miso is made from Brown Rice Koji and Australian organic soybeans (yes there is soybean in it), and natural sea salt and fermented for more than six months. It is not only rich in enzymes, probiotics and antioxidants, but also in vitamins, minerals and other brown rice goodness!
