Made from Australian-grown GMO-free certified organic soybeans, natural sea salt and our own hand-made organic Koji, our unpasteurised Aka (Red) Miso is fermented for more than nine months, and is rich in enzymes, probiotics and antioxidants. Research has shown that darker miso also has stronger effect on tumour cell growth inhibition. Great in miso soups, stir-fries and dips (mixed with tahini, olive oil or mayonnaise).
