①Slice a tomato 🍅 in approximately 1/4 inch thick slices. Do the same for a mozzarella .
②Alternate layers between the tomato and the mozzarella. First, a tomato slice, then mozzarella, beginning and ending with tomatoes.
③Drizzle the white shiokoji (see recipe on https://www.riceculture.com.au/blogs/recipes) on.
④Finally put basil 🌿 on top of this😋🎄
