We have great news!

Rice Culture is proud to announce that our new miso varieties have won medals at the Australian Food Awards 2018 by the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria!

Shiro (White) Miso has won not only the Gold Medal but also the Best in Class Medal in the Savoury Preserve Class and is now a candidate for a trophy!!

Vintage Miso has also won the Bronze Medal.

We are so happy that the our new varieties are being recognized for their flavours.

Shiro (White) Miso had been temporarily out of stock but is now back so please give it a try!
