Our newest variety of miso is a bit unique - It is organic miso fermented with fragrant organic spices - garlic, ginger, curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and coriander. You can make Japanese curry with this miso without having to worry about nasty additives! Great for curry rice, curry udon, add to soups and marinades, or enjoy as it is as spreads on toast.

Ingredients: Certified Australian Organic Rice, Certified Australian Organic Soy Bean, BFA Certified Sea Salt, Organic curry powder, Organic Garlic, Organic Ginger, Organic Turmeric, Organic Cumin, Koji starter (Aspergillus Oryzae)
