Thank you Tomoko for such a fun and interesting workshop. The workshop was relaxed and everything went smoothly thanks to your excellent organisation. I found the content engaging and informative; I loved hearing some of the culture and history behind miso, and the science was fascinating. There was a lot to take in, it left me even more fascinated in the subject and eager to learn more. The handouts are excellent, I definitely need them because of all the ground we covered. The hands on practical was perfect, I would definitely be comfortable in making my next batch. And to top it all off at the end your cooking demonstration was wonderful. The food you made for us was delicious. It is an afternoon that I will never forget. Thank you for sharing something so special. I have been talking about it non-stop ever since.  - Lee
