  2. A 1200-Year-Old Tradition: Our recipe follows a time-honoured Japanese tradition, passed down through generations for over 1200 years.

  3. Unpasteurised for Health: Your miso will be unpasteurised, preserving vital enzymes and probiotics for maximum health benefits.
