Shio Koji Bocconcini

①Place bocconcini cheese in a plastic bag, add 1-2 table spoon/s of Shio Koji, give it a mix and let it rest in the fridge for 1/2 to 2 days.

②Serve with cherry tomatoes 🍅.

Also cute when you arrange them alternatingly on skewers or tooth picks 😋
